This position is for our client who will be placed in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

2. Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc

3. Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc

4. Managing and reporting on payroll, recruitment, and internal working regulations and policies

5. Oversee all the HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics

6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance

7. Ensure team leaders have the appropriate skills and knowledge to guide their teams

8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, psychology major preferred
