Duties & Responsibilities

1. Focus on delivering results and achieving business outcomes.

2. Uphold the requirements of the GMR2.1 as the designated person.

3. Promotes cooperation, manage, coach, and develop a high performing maintenance

team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added

value and continuous improvements.

4. Provide technical expertise to the team.

5. Perform root cause analysis on equipment failure and apply reliability centred

maintenance (RCM) techniques to resolve problems.
