RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the company system for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP is organized, established, and implemented.
• Develop and provide a Quality Plan that includes Quality Control policies and procedures for all manufacturing processes.
• Follow the annual budget of the cost center.
• Develop and establish quality procedures and systems for testing plans, quality trends, and statistical plans by meeting customer requirements.
• Ensure daily inspections are completed for all incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products by following established quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor suppliers’ quality development, including supplier performance management, supplier certification, process improvements, cost reduction, and supplier quality audits that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead in internal, and external audit and management review process.
