is responsible for properly recording and review of business transactions such as sales, purchases, disbursements, collections, and other transactions affecting company's financial status, preparing required financial reports, and its supporting schedules.

Key Tasks:
• Update daily sales and prepare weekly sales report per product
• Record daily collection and corresponding EWT, discount, retention, penalty, and update the AR aging report. Resolve for any discrepancy
• Prepare summary of uncollected BIR 2307
• Review cash liquidation of all employees and all check payment request
• Monitor and review payment of all taxes to BIR
• Prepare journal voucher for other transactions
• Prepare monthly financial reports and the corresponding schedules
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by superior

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Word
