Description

The Regional Trust Manager role is a senior position within the Citizens Private Wealth (CPW) Division of Citizens Bank N.A. (CBNA), reporting to the Chief Fiduciary Officer and Director of Trust Services. This position is responsible for assisting with the establishment of a Delaware Trust Company supporting Citizens Private Wealth (CPW). This role will lead a regional team in the management and administration of personal fiduciary services under the trust powers of CBNA.

Responsibilities:

Within the Delaware region, the incumbent is responsible for compliant execution of fiduciary services consistent with legal, regulatory, and governing documentation requirements, the delivery of excellence in client servicing and relationship management of the team, as well as membership and participation on various regulatory required governance committees for CBNA’s trust powers.
