Job Responsibility
• Coordination with various professional subcontractors.
• Under the instructions of the Project Manager, understand all necessary equipment installation, technical issues, all necessary certificates, documents, as-built drawings, etc., to obtain the statutory completion certificate and final handover.
• Quality management of related disciplines (materials, construction techniques, and specifications), participate in and supervise on-site testing and commissioning.
• Ensure all subcontractors meet the site progress by following the master schedule.
• Site coordination and management of MEP subcontractorsâ work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statement submission and review, to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Assist in safety control, discover potential safety hazards and alert safety officers and project managers.
• Any other MEP-related matters as assigned by the project manager.
