We are looking to employ a dedicated junior level Quantity Surveyor to be part of our construction team in Alor Gajah, Melaka. Daily duties: Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals To assist evaluation of sub-contractor claims. Evaluation of tenders received in the form of tender reports. Do preparation of tender comparison and analysis. To assist scope clarification with tendered. To assist preparation and execution of the formal contract. Ensure filing and documentation is in compliance with the Department operation and ISO procedures.
