JOB SUMMARY: - The Electronics Engineering Manager will lead the Electrical area in Product Engineering to deliver new products on time, on budget, and within quality targets. The Functional Engineering Manager will be responsible for adherence to NPD process., regulatory requirements of new products, and teammate development within the functional area. A successful manager in this role will lead an engineering team engage in multiple project initiatives. The Electronics Engineering manager is also responsible for the technical development of teammates. This role will make resource allocation decisions along with other engineering managers and product management as to how best develop and resource projects in the portfolio.
