Sales Officer

Job Responsibility
• Take care of existing and new customer inquiries.
• Review customer requests, provide quotations and follow up to ensure sales close up.
• Monitor customer payment status and ensure payments are up to date to avoid bad debt.
• Attend to customer complaints and work out corrective action with production and or with customer.
• Grow new sales to meet monthly target and KPI.
• Lead and drive promotional activity to increase customer segment.

Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales or customer service.
• High school or degree in any field.
• Able to communicate in Chinese, Malay and English.
• Prior consideration for a candidate who has experience in sales and marketing experience in building materials.
