Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant located in Ipoh. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling office communications. You will also assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
