Summary:
• In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations for DoDEA Schools in Yokosuka, Japan.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, replace, install, test, track, set-up, configure, reconfigure, maintain and upgrade of DODEA IT hardware.
• Install, connect, and troubleshoot networking devices such as switches, servers, wireless access points, and server racks.
• Configure and resolve basic issues with voice, VoIP and wireless devices.
• Manage users/workstations with Microsoft Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager(SCCM), and Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Utilize Microsoft PowerShell to automate daily tasks.
• Utilize standard trouble ticketing software to track outages and customer issues.

Required Qualifications:
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
