Human Resources Business Partner for assigned business lines at Molex Japan.

What You Will Do
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the business/talent strategies which make growth and innovation.
• Provide any valuable points of views for business leaders in terms of talent and culture
• Provide support in creating effective business organization and functions
• Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance

management and employee development goals.
• Provide HR expertise in areas of feedback, employee relations,

development and coaching, compensation and organizational

development.
• Solve any employee related issues with business and demonstrate expertise in labor laws or HR compliance fields.
• Work with global HR/HRBP teams in order to create strong HRBP capabilities across Molex and Koch
• Participate in new implementing HRIS and other global projects
