About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Manager, Japan Lead for this account, you will manage many functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets.

What You'll Do:

•Lead a team of Facility Managers, Facility Coordinator and Admin personnel on IFM.

•Single Point of Contact for Japan Client Relations and escalations. Liaise with Customers and Clients as required.
