At Molteni&C, where talent shapes our future, we are delighted to announce the Molteni&C Global Interior Design Programme. We are seeking post-graduate Interior Designers for a 6-month training at our prestigious HQ, culminating in an esteemed position at our Scottsdale, Arizona showroom.

LEARNING GOALS
• Management of the "customer requirements scheme" working on layouts.
• Management of the "preliminary and executive design", knowledge of drafting tools and project presentations. Drawings, diagrams, textual contents and reference tables necessary for the configuration of the different projects.
• Management of "documentation" in a dynamic design context (revisions, ancillary documents, data storage system structure).
• Inter-functional "negotiation" techniques, design models in inter-functional co-design.

EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Willingness to move abroad at the end of the training.
