Our client are an established Main Contractor who are enjoying year on year growth. They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on projects in South Wales & Bristol and operating a flexible diary.

This company deliver commercial fit-out/ refurb projects varying in complexity and size, ranging from £500k-£5m and operating as main contractor. Projects include Student Accommodation, Healthcare, Retail and Leisure.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take responsibility on commercial projects being delivered, managing client relationships and ensuring a high standard of work is continuously being delivered.
