The company currently wishes to recruit highly skilled, motivated Production Supervisor based in our Dungannon Retail site, on an Interim basis . Essentially we are seeking determined and committed individuals who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth. Ensuring production orders are completed on time and in spec and all operational targets are met while ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

The Role:
• Daily planning of the production schedule and correct stock rotation.
• Ensure that the department conforms to Company Codes of Practice, policies, legislation and customer requirements and good housekeeping is maintained
• Work with team leaders to ensure all product produced meets the QAS
• Ensure all orders are produced on time
• Ensure department KPI’s are met, including yield, giveaway, efficiency and labour and understand the financial implications
