Working as part of our existing food safety / quality Team in either our Retail or Primary sites at Dungannon, we are seeking determined and committed individuals who can work during the summer period (fixed term) in the following departments. This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals who possess a strong interest and desire to work and gain experience within the food industry.

The successful candidate will gain experience in the day to day manufacture of fresh meat products from slaughter / boning through to added value and retail packs production including:
• Food Safety Management Systems and HACCP
• Supplier Assurance
• Quality Assurance of meat products including quality systems operation and compliance with scheme and customer requirements.
• Potential for some project-based work
