: £29,000

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern:9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Holidays:29 days annual leave including bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after 1 years' service

Verisure Services are currently seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Training and Quality Team Manager to join and grow in our wonderful Training and Qualidepartment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Training and Quality team
• Oversee the design and delivery of all training outputs to ensure effective and engaging training is delivered to all new joiners
• Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis and build robust delivery plans on the back of any needs identified
