JGA are seeking an Operations Manager to join a leading education provider and lead their area managers in the delivery of a first class service.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Overseeeing 4 area managers in delivering a first class service to their clients.
• Collaborate with Directors on how to improve processes.
• Analyse data and report on areas of improvement.
• Foster a culture of continued improvement and growth.

What You’ll Need:
• Experience in a similar position.
• Experience within the leisure or education sector.
• Happy to be in the office full time, working with SLT.
