Your New Role

You’ll be working as a Credit Controller and will be responsible for:
• Opening and managing customer accounts
• Assisting the Credit Manager with various tasks as needed
• Reviewing and approving orders
• Resolving issues for both internal and external stakeholders promptly and effectively
• Following up with customers on overdue payments
• Collecting and allocating payments
• Evaluating credit reports and setting credit limits
