ESR - Care Home Manager

You will notice there is not a full job description, that’s because you will already know what a Home Manager’s role is in a top care home environment. All information will be provided if your application is successful.

Salary: £70,000 a year plus attractive bonus package

Key Requirements
• Proven management experience at a similar level
• A clinical background as a registered nurse
• Established leadership skills to manage large teams
• Effective multi-tasking and prioritization
• Strong commercial awareness - care industry preferred but not required
• You’ll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality
• A Registered Manager with relevant experience in a senior management capacity is desirable
