We are recruiting for a Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehabilitation Team based in Margate.

The Community Rehabilitation Teams within East Kent are multi-disciplinary teams that include Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Specialist Nurses and Therapy Assistants. We work within patients’ homes, rehabilitation groups, Community Hospitals and other care settings, to ensure effective discharge planning and a seamless rehabilitation pathway.

We provide short-term rehabilitation to enable patients, where possible, to remain in the community rather than be admitted to hospital or long-term care, and to live as independently as possible.
