Why do we need you ?

At Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals, we are looking for a Concrete Commercial Director to join our team with a focus on growing the business across the UK & Ireland as well as driving the development of new products and technologies for our customers.

You will ensure the delivery, coordination, management and lead the concrete business initiatives with key customer accounts to develop and deliver strategic plans for profitable growth.

You’ll be a practiced senior salesperson who is highly customer focused, able to anticipate and adapt to customer needs and expectations and develop and maintain customer relationships.

You will have strong leadership and management experience and will have previously worked within the concrete and/or cement industry.

The role is home based but national travel would be required.
