Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
• You will look after our customers across the UK, Ireland and all over the world. You will work closely with our technical sales team and the respective international contacts to achieve the best possible result for our customers.
• You will take care of all essential sales activities: from the initial enquiry, to the preparation of quotations, follow-up of quotations and order processing
• In order to offer our customers the best possible service, coordination and advice on delivery processing and shipping options are part of the portfolio
