Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Location: Bristol - Hybrid on site twice a week

Salary: Up to £29,000.00 per year

Contract: 15 months fixed term

Our client, a leading business communications company are currently recruiting a Junior Account Manager to join their team on a 15-month fixed term contract.

Mani Duties:
• Assist in the BAU Management of allocated Client Base
• Own complex issues and, as main point of escalation, provide full-detailed resolutions with full responsibility in updating key stake holders
• Attend daily Production Meetings
• Host and participate in monthly 3rd party review meetings
• Relationship management with Client BAU contacts
• To ensure all BAU activity is charged according to the client contract
• Monitor and help manage the client specific change management process, working closely with design, development, production and warehouse ensuring client requirements for changes are met for Medium/Large Change requests.
