To support our Controlling team we are searching for a Controller (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

What You Will Do
• Assist in the monthly and quarterly closing processes (IFRS)
• Collaborate with cost center managers, including those from international branches, as a business partner
• Conduct operational cost analyses and variance analyses
• Prepare management reports to evaluate financial performance effectively
• Address ad-hoc requests in coordination with the Head of Controlling and the CFO
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, covering P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

Who You Are
• Possess an academic degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, controlling, or accounting
• Accumulate 2-4 years of experience in Financial Controlling
• Showcase strong analytical and numerical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with German HGB and IFRS accounting standards is a plus
