Manager Industrialization, Pilot Plant Geneva
• *Location**: Satigny, Geneva, Switzerland
• *Key Responsibilities**:
Contribute to the development of new products and processes by leading the regional pilot plant in charge of industrial trials and small-scale productions

Maintain high level of Quality/food safety - HSE/process safety standards and behavior-based safety culture

Lead the pilot team (8-9 persons) and develop training for the multiskilled team

Monitor execution of production planning, and improvement plans

Introduce new technologies to the site in collaboration with technical experts as they are proposed to industrialization

Hand over to production of newly developed equipment/technology

Be responsible for the pilot associated budget, provide input to CAPEX need and coordinate implementation of equipment upgrade
