Under the direction of the Fleet Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of a maintenance department and the supervision of a team responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of fleet. Ensure all repairs and/or maintenance to equipment (diesel fleet, alternate fuel, containers, and other heavy-duty equipment) is performed in accordance with Company safety and compliance standards, and with all federal/state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily planning and scheduling of all repair work to optimize productivity. Follow up on repairs being made, perform repairs as needed and appraise performance of shop personnel.
• Supervise, coach, train, evaluate employee performance or behavior; provide input into hiring, disciplinary action, terminations, compensation, and promotion decisions
