Position Title: Casual Crisis Support Worker

Program: Nignen Women's Shelter

Salary: $23/hour, all-inclusive

Hours of Work: 12-hour shifts - Days, nights, evenings, and weekends on an as needed basis

Nignen Women's Shelter provides emergency shelter, services, and supports to women, their children and the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community, who are fleeing from intimate partner violence in Indigenous communities in New Brunswick. Nignen strives to be a center of excellence in providing the highest level of trauma-informed, culturally sensitive support.

Suitability

The ideal candidate must be available to work night, evening, and weekend shifts on short notice. They are empathetic and compassionate.
