Your new role

The Automation Technician responsibilities involves planning work processes, performing maintenance on automated sorting equipment, handling low and high voltage systems (including troubleshooting and installation), understanding electrical principles, following blueprints for installation and repair, troubleshooting and programming automated equipment (primarily PLC-based), diagnosing and repairing automation hardware components, and collaborating with vendors during remote trouble sessions.

Additionally, the technician supports other mechanical and electrical tradespeople and the operations team.
