Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience, FMCG preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Checks and ensures availability of skilled/unskilled workers on production lines as per production schedules.
• Liaises with administration in case of unavailability of workers required for production tasks.
• Visits plants to monitor availability and productivity of workers.
• Manages rotation of workers on production lines in order to utilize manpower in effective and efficient manners.
• Guides workers on production processes, SOPs, standards and required quality level; Addresses process/standards related concerns/queries of workers.
• Trains new workers and briefs on processes, food safety/hygiene standards, contributing factors on traceability, and fundamentals of production plants/machines/processes.
• Monitors variations in production processes and ensures high quality of materials.
