Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct regular payment reminder to the due customer based on Company Standard.
• Conduct payment collection to the due customer by communicating properly based on Company Standard (SOP) via chat, phone, and/or email.
• Doing input all the Credit Control and Desk Collection chronological to the internal system (result of Desk Collection and result of Field Collection visits).
• Check and validate to the paymaster and/or bouwheer from the due customer.
