We are looking for an engaging and personable individual to join our Children Services team. Our Ohio START Caseworker position works directly with child abuse/neglect/dependency cases that have substance abuse issues. The purpose of this position is to ensure child safety while providing resources to the family to promote long-term success. The Ohio START Caseworker also spends time going on home visits with families, in meetings with other community members/partners, attending family drug court, and sometimes testifying in court.
