TITLE: Residence Gardener

REPORTS TO: Residence Garden Supervisor

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: n/a

OBJECTIVE: Residence Gardener is the person who will conduct the completion of grounds maintenance tasks and functions. Perform a variety of tasks required for the upkeep and care of the company grounds. The primary areas of responsibilities are Residence grounds.

PURPOSE: To provide a safe work environment and have aesthetically pleasing grounds and forest

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Responsible for the completion of specific tasks and to ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure that equipment is maintained in good working condition and stored in a properly manner
• Maintains all property landscape including but not limited to all wineries and family residence
• Receives work orders. Follows through to ensure completion of work order.
