Summary

Aon Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced team member to join the defined contribution plan consulting practice. The consultant provides support to existing clients' defined contribution programs (401(k), 403(b), 457, etc.), assists in the development of new business, and partners with plan consultants and project managers to provide full spectrum of DC client services to primarily mid to large sized clients. Consultants are responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of consulting projects and advice to our clients. Once fully integrated into our practice, they lead sales and marketing activities, and will manage a book of business.
