Within Yource, we have the WFM (Workforce Management) department. We have divided this into 4 disciplines: Forecast Specialist, Schedule Manager, Traffic Manager and Floor Manager.
Each function has its own responsibilities and thus contributes to the operation of WFM within Yource.

In short, this means that our specialised WFM team ensures that enough CXOs, with the right skills, are present at the most ideal time and at the right location. The challenge in WFM is that data is leading, but you must always strike a balance between the client's interests and employee satisfaction.

As a Forecast Specialist, you ensure that the operation can start functioning properly based on your created capacity plan.
