We are a level 1 unit with 11 cots. About 3,000 babies a year are born at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation with 350–400 babies being admitted to SCBU.

We pride ourselves on delivering specific individualised family integrated care and you will need to demonstrate how you ensure this through your work.

To lead and co-ordinate the team to maintain and deliver a high standard of family integrated care to all babies and their families in accordance with the ward philosophy.

To ensure maintenance of quality services and operational systems at all time and deputise ward manger in their absence.
