FM Conway is currently recruiting for a professional and motivated Apprentice Processing Coordinator to work within our Water and Drainage Management department. As our Apprentice Processing Coordinator, you will be providing an effective and efficient administration service to the team. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our depot in Dartford.

The duties of our Apprentice Processing Coordinator:

You will be working towards your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
• Monitoring and responding to correspondence and customer booking requests via shared email inboxes
• Completing data entry
• Building close relationships with external stakeholders and other members of staff
• Delivering all administration services in accordance with agreed company systems and processes to include the sampling data and invoicing
