Customer Service Advisor Vacancy at FM Conway!

FM Conway is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work within our Aggregate and Asphalt division, based at our Head Office in Sevenoaks, Kent. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.

Responsibilities Of Our Customer Service Advisor
• Accurately receiving and processing orders
• Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining excellent customer service and effective communication in order to meet service delivery standards
• Building and maintaining relationships with our customers as well as our internal distribution, commercial and administration team
• Ensuring compliance with the service level standard
