Shift Requirement: Evenings - 4 days 10 hour shifts (3:00 pm - 1:00 am with some flexibility on start/end times, Monday-Thursday)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Evening Operations Manager to join our Reworks Group in Winnipeg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening shift operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of rework projects while upholding the highest quality and safety standards. You will play a key role in leading a team of skilled technicians and collaborating with other departments to achieve operational excellence.

Specific Accountabilities:
• Directs the production planning and scheduling process according to sales volume, sales mix, inventory requirements and materials availability.
• Plans day-to-day operations, assigns manpower, authorizes overtime and controls costs.
