PURPOSE OF THE JOB/BUSINESS NEED
• Lead all sports science initiatives and monitoring.
• Develop, monitor, and interpret all physiological protocols and assessments.
• Monitor and utilize all cycling specific datasets and tools, such as WKO5, Golden Cheetah, Best Bike Split
• Review, define, and create position statements/reports related to R&D in the areas of sports science and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sports Science Initiatives:
• Develop and implement comprehensive performance monitoring strategy for all athletes.
• Maintain, and or create power and physiological related monitoring datasets and tools.
• Assist in creating a monitoring and performance feedback systems with coaches and directors.
• Develop physiological diagnostic methods and protocols for laboratory assessment as it relates to cycling performance in the areas of CP, MLSS, and power profiling.
