· Study about Market Trends, collect data on upcoming projects - hospitals, villas, govt. projects, residences, Malls etc.

· periodical market surveys on competitor’s price, product, brand, design, payment strategy etc.

· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

· Arrange business meetings with perspective client, schedule regular meeting with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Ensure & confirm appointment before visit to customers / dealers.

· Prepare directory of prospective clients.

· Give cold calling, constant follow up with agents, Architects, Builders, Contacts, Designers and Engineers.

· Set strategy for finding new prospects and sales leads and close sales.

· Ensure company profile (website, printed profile, magazine), brand catalogues (e-catalogue), pricelist etc. are available at the time of appointment.
