The Chef De Partie will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operation of two kitchens. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Support the daily operation of two kitchens.

Key Skills/Experience:
• Previous experience as a chef
• Strong communication skills
• Ambitious, with a love for using local ingredients
