Mainstay Recruitment are actively looking for an Administrator that will assist in the delivery of the contractual deliverables on site. As an administrator you will be providing administrative support for the effective and compliant delivery of departmental duties for a team of three. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation of reports using MS Excel, Maximo and other IT systems to monitor business performance.

As an administrator you will also support management by booking facilities, taking minutes during meetings, recording attendance, and assisting contractors with site access.
