Design Manager - Shopfitting/Joinery

We are an established shopfitting and joinery company serving clients across the whole of the UK. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our team and play a key role in creating innovative and visually stunning designs for our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the design team, overseeing all aspects of the design process from concept to completion

- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, project Managers and Cad Technicians to understand design requirements and deliver exceptional solutions

- Develop detailed design plans, technical drawings, and specifications

- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and ensure accurate design implementation as and when required.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovation to continuously improve design quality

- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring design deliverables are met within deadlines and cost parameters
