We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Assistant for a succesful business within a close-knit team.

This position is 20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8am-1pm. There is a chance of flexibility with these hours, for example 9am-2pm.

Daily Responsibilties:

Sales Ledger

Processing Customer BACS payments

Raising invoices

Credit control - aged debtors

Month End

Deal with roughly x10 invoices per day

Deal with roughly x30-x40 invoices per weekPurchase Ledger

Booking on Invoices

Processing Direct Debit payments from Bank

Preparing Supplier Payments list for Director

Month End

Deal with roughly x10 receipts per day

Petty Cash

Bank reconciliation

Preparing Production wages - for online submission to Payroll Bureau

Being involved in other general administrative tasks if necessary

Use of Sage 200 (not necessarily need to have used before)
