Our client is an influential visitor destination organisation for Oxfordshire, based in Kidlington nr Oxford

They are working with us here at Better People Ltd to source an experience Office Manager /Executive PA to support their Chief Executive with a range of duties including ad hoc projects, diary management, compliance and governance duties, general communications and everything to keep the office and team running smoothly.

Ideal candidates for this Office manager/EA role will be/have:

Experience in a similar role

Great communicators, in person and in writing, with discretion and diplomacy

Confident MS Office users - Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint

Experienced attending meetings and note taking

IT literate and tech savvy - happy to learn new tech

Great organisational and prioritisation skills

Want to be part of a supportive friendly team.
