waitress/waiter position available.

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to guests for food and beverage service. To be successful you must have a positive "can do" attitude, be willing to learn and show that you care.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:
• Welcome guests to the Restaurant or Outside Terrace
• Take and deliver customer orders.
• Clean tables.
• Check backs and add on's
• Prepare the restaurant for service.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas at all times.
• Tidying up.
• Health and Safety procedures and paperwork.

THE PERSON

You must have excellent communication and organisation skills, be a strong team player and have a passion for customer service.

You will be expected to be able to act on your own initiative as well as adhere to instructions.

You will be friendly and approachable.

You will go the extra mile for our guests.

You will provide highly consistent good service and you will lead by example.
