OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT

$110,000 - 125,000 DOE

Barriere, BC (40 minutes North of Kamloops, BC)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promotes and ensures compliance with the Safety Program, and continuously works to develop a strong safety culture.
• Responsible for meeting production targets and sales order profile through effective strategic planning and implementation.
• Monitors daily production statistics and ensures variances are communicated to the Sales and Supervisory teams to help identify corrective action.
• Communicates and directs the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Coordinator to ensure machinery and equipment are in good condition and sets priorities to meet safety, production and cost goals and objectives.
