Summary of the Position:

Participate actively on the plan for developing, organizing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive occupational health program for Company. To create a healthy and productive workforce, adhering to all approved Company policies, procedures, standards, and in compliance with legislative requirements.

Job Description:
• Responsible for developing and implementing various OH programs i.e Health Risk Assessment, Medical Surveillance, Medical Emergency, wellness program ensuring compliance with regulations, established standards/procedures, and company targets.
• Prepare well defines annual plan and budget for Occupational Health Program, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective program execution while maintain control over budget utilization.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation, progress, and effectiveness of Occupational Health Programs.
